The Metropolitan Cathedral Mary, Queen of Barranquilla is a Catholic temple located in the center of the city of Barranquilla, Colombia. It was built in 1955 and is the main temple of the Archdiocese of Barranquilla. The cathedral has a capacity for 4,000 seated people and has a built area of 4,274 m². The building is of modernist style and was designed by the Italian architect Ángelo Masón de Grande.
