Emblematic soup from the Colombian Caribbean, originally from Corozal (Sucre). Made with cooked yam to creamy texture, coastal cheese in cubes, onion and garlic. Recognized by Tasteatlas as one of the 100 best soups in the world (Position 86, 2025) and best Colombian soup. Its origin dates back to the War of the Thousand Days (1899-1902). It represents four continents: ingredients from Europe, Asia, Africa and American seasoning. Served with rice and avocado.
